About Us
TPA Stream has spent over a decade solving the operational problems that make running a TPA harder than it needs to be.
TPA Stream was founded in 2014 to solve a specific problem: helping Benefits TPAs act on members' behalf to retrieve claims data for substantiation and reimbursement. That early focus on solving real, unglamorous TPA workflow problems has shaped everything we've built since.
Over time, we've expanded into the problems that matter most to TPA operations teams today. Employer invoicing is our most prominent solution — helping Benefits and Medical TPAs consolidate disconnected billing and admin data into accurate invoices without replacing the systems they already use. We also support member communications, giving TPAs a purpose-built tool for reaching members, employers, and brokers at scale. And our broker portal helps TPAs reduce inbound support requests by giving brokers self-service visibility into their clients and plans.
Each of these capabilities came from the same place: TPA operations teams telling us what was slowing them down.
TPA Stream serves Benefits TPAs and Medical TPAs across the country. Our customers are operations teams who care about accuracy, efficiency, and keeping their employer clients happy.
TPA Stream is a proud sponsor of NAPBA (National Association of Professional Benefit Administrators) and a member of SIIA (Self-Insurance Institute of America). We're active in the communities our customers call home.
TPA Stream is SOC 2 Type II compliant, supporting the security-conscious operations environments our customers depend on.
